Everything was fine except that the room was really cold when we arrived; the heating turned on in the evening and we were comfortable.

Great location. The room was spacious enough for three people. Street parking was available outside. It’s a good base for exploring the local area.

The only meal offered was a continental breakfast, which was perfectly adequate, but we didn’t get dinner. The ensuite in our room was excellent and looked newly refurbished. We were surprised that there were no toiletries—no shower gel or shampoo. It was a Saturday night, and we were told there would be a singer until 10.30, yet loud music kept going for another hour.

The room was large. The shower was rubbish and not worth using.
