“They have bugs and they nasty”

I didn't stay in the room because it was infested with bugs and cockroaches, so I had to cancel and get a refund.

“It is motel quality.”

The location and staff were decent, but the property itself needs room repairs and a deep floor cleaning. There was a marijuana odor, the elevator was hot and “touchy,” and the room needed wall repairs and new furniture. The price felt a bit high after taxes, and someone knocked on the door at 10 am asking if you were staying or leaving, which was annoying.

“Falta de seriedad”

“Infested with roaches and ants and lack of customer service”

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this stay was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. We stayed Friday through Sunday; we arrived around midnight on Friday after a long day of traveling and nobody was at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention at the front kiosk before we could check in. When we finally got into our room, a roach was on the wall and several tiny roaches were in the bathtub. It was already very late, we were traveling with my boyfriend and our 8‑year‑old daughter, so finding another hotel at that hour was not an option. We decided to stay and try to make the best of it. Unfortunately, things kept getting worse. When I pulled the covers back to get into bed, there was an ant in the bed. During the night, my boyfriend was bitten by an ant on his ear. We tried to overlook everything because we had a long day ahead and just needed sleep. When we returned to the hotel around 10 PM on Saturday, roaches were again on the walls, showing this was not a one‑time issue. The checkout experience was also extremely frustrating. Checkout was at 11:00 AM. At about 9:20 AM, two staff members banged on our door and then entered the room asking if we were leaving. I explained we were but checkout was not until 11:00. Then, around 10:15 AM, another staff member came back and entered the room again without even knocking, asking the same question. I again explained we were leaving at 11:00. She responded, “Well, it’s almost 11.” It was still about 45 minutes before our scheduled checkout time. We had already packed and only needed to take our two bags to the car.
