The staff were courteous and attentive, the layout was compact without feeling cramped, and the food was tasty, though it would have helped to be able to request a change for an ingredient I dislike in advance.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and I couldn't recommend it more! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special - from the welcome drink and strawberry mochi to the beautifully packaged take-out breakfast on our last day. It was clear that they put a lot of thought into every detail. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

“Highly recommended. Excellent experience”

The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a VIP experience - we were offered a welcome drink and even got to sit in the lounge while they completed the check-in process. The dinner was top-notch, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from and a chef who clearly takes pride in his work. It was a real pleasure to see him personally serving each table.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and it was all thanks to the excellent service from the staff. The dinner was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and the atmosphere was so peaceful that I found myself enjoying a few drinks and even gained a few pounds! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the GM was particularly welcoming. The only thing that might have been improved was a bit more communication about the uniform sizes during the pre-arrival process.
