“Clean hotel, but poor service”
The hotel itself was clean and tidy, but unfortunately the reception staff were a bit offhand. They seemed a bit disinterested in helping us, which was a shame because the hotel itself was nice.

This hotel was good in terms of location and comfort, and the guy in charge was really helpful and accommodating. The only thing I'd say is that everything was a bit rough around the edges, but it was still a decent place to stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing - delicious, varied, and plentiful. The workers even helped carry our luggage, which was a big plus given the hotel's challenging entrance. Unfortunately, there were a few issues, such as the lack of air conditioning, no partition between the room and bathroom, and no lock on the bathroom door, which meant we could hear everything from the bathroom.
