Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dover by IHG

“Very nice hotel I will stay again”

Check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly. Nothing else to note.

Clean. Organized. Well refurbished. Pleasant colors. Spacious rooms. Excellent staff attitude. In our room there was a cigarette smell even though we had requested a non‑smoking room; we asked to change rooms, and at first they tried to freshen the room with an air purifier, which made it worse, then they swapped us for a great room.

“It was ok”

The room was clean, but the internet was down and the staff couldn't figure out why, which was disappointing.

“Over all the front desk people were phenomenal when I checked in and checked out”

Finding the place was simple, and the parking lot was spacious with trees that made it feel private. The only downside was mildew in parts of the shower and bathroom, and the room smelled damp when I first walked in.

Customer service was great overall, but I had to leave early and wished I could have stayed longer.
