The staff were friendly, the place was clean and safe, but there was no hot water and breakfast was very limited.

“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber etwas laut.”

The hotel offers good value for money. The location is convenient, the staff were very friendly, everything was clean and well‑maintained, and breakfast was good. The mattresses were also good. However, it’s noisy there. Next door is a hostel, and you can hear noise from there as well as street noise until about midnight, so bring earplugs.

“Incómodo con buena atención”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay feel very welcoming. However, I was given a room with a bathroom window that looked directly into the rooms above, which made it impossible for me to feel comfortable and private. To make matters worse, the windows couldn't be closed, which left me feeling very insecure.

“Aceptable”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by two major issues: there was no hot water, and the noise between rooms was extremely loud. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
