I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff claimed they had never heard of it, nor the booking platform I used. At midnight, they didn't speak English, and we were forced to pay again to stay in a hotel that was completely abandoned. Nothing was as depicted in the photos, and the sign behind the reception had even been removed. We're still waiting for a full refund from the booking platform.
