The location is good and the bed is comfortable. At check‑in, the ID must be scanned, which isn’t data‑protection compliant. Fire safety is poor: the extinguisher isn’t in the designated spot and is too small (about a 1.5‑liter bottle for a car). The rooms are very small, and in the corner of the toilet you bump your head; there was no warning or padding.

The spot is good, but the AC remote was a mess – batteries kept falling out, no cover, and it was constantly draining. The place could use a thorough clean, and the neighborhood is pretty noisy.

The coffee machine with cups is nice, but you need a credit card to finish pre‑check‑in and screening. The unit’s door opens onto the street, and right next to it is a meeting hub and restaurants, so you hear people and loud sounds until 2:00 AM. Light seeps in through the window at night. On Wednesday at 5 AM you’ll hear the trash collection in front of the door for 10 minutes. The accommodation sent more than ten identical welcome emails. We had no options to store towels and items. The bathroom had dusty, smudgy surfaces above the head. The air‑con batteries were empty. The check‑in website gives a 4‑digit code for a 3‑digit lockbox. There’s a peeping hole in the wooden board shown in the picture, looking at the entryway of the next door’s rentals.

The location is great, and that’s the only really nice thing about this apartment. The apartment itself isn’t great or terrible – it’s a very small space that used to be a garage, with plenty of humidity and no windows. The A/C unit works fine and there’s Netflix, but the fridge is completely broken. The bathroom is small, as expected, and the soap lasts only a day or two. They refused to give more soap or towels for a four‑day stay. There’s mold on the bathroom door and the main door curtain, so the room isn’t exactly clean, but it’s not dangerous either. The curtain could be darker to block the morning sun. Sunlight coming through the main door and the noise make resting somewhat difficult, especially at night when the piazza next to the house is full of people. Finally, the check‑in is a nightmare – expect at least 30 emails saying the same things because their system is broken. Maybe they’re trying to double‑charge by mistake, which is really bad. In short, if you’re traveling for work that’s a hard no; for sightseeing it’s 50/50; for partying it’s the best you can find for a price like this. I wouldn’t call it value for money.
