The mattresses were bad. Otherwise, excellent location and services.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, went beyond what we expected (and can bake great bread!), thanks a lot! Parking was good, the terrace was nice, and it felt very private (never met other guests). The bed was wobbly, the couch was worn. The kitchen had minimal equipment (no dishwasher, no toaster, no salt/sugar/oil, no chef’s knife, but other items we asked for were delivered promptly). The shower was small but otherwise nice.

Breakfast was magnificent, full of local products and homemade items. Nothing else.

I would say everything. The only thing I’d mention is the mattress, which is a bit too low.
