The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be – but the bed was literally broken, so I spent the night on a wobbling frame. Good location, terrible sleep.
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made me feel at home. The downside? The room was so tiny I could barely move around.
“Pessima”
Nothing good to say – the building is just a gallery with open stairs, so anyone can wander into the rooms, zero security, no 24‑hour front desk, just a tiny lobby where you pick up a key. The coffee was weak, the room and towels were dirty, and the whole place feels like a cheap knock‑off. We found other spots for the same price that were ten times better. The photos and videos are misleading; they only show the nice angles and hide the real condition.
The place is in a perfect spot, everything you need is within walking distance, which is awesome. Unfortunately the shower barely worked and I got almost no water, which made the mornings a hassle.

The only thing that really stands out is the location – right across from the natural pools, which is fantastic. Beyond that, the stay was a nightmare: one shower barely dripped, another bathroom’s drain was clogged and the glass shower enclosure locked my daughter inside, which was both dangerous and unacceptable. Breakfast was a mess – no staff at the desk, missing basics like bread and tapioca, barely any fruit, and the melon was rotten.
