Everything liked: breakfast and staff. It was pricey for September, and the parking was hard to access and charged separately.
Great spot in the centre, perfect for a single night. The rooms need a makeover and more cleaning – there was sand and ants on the floor.
The beds were comfortable and the location was good, but I didn’t like that the window in the room wouldn’t open and the bathroom was not clean enough.
The only clean thing in the room was the bed linen. Everything else was neglected; the bathroom was a disaster. We’re disappointed!
“Stay in Burgas city”
The hotel sits very close to Burgas centre, which was ideal for us. Our room was worn out and not very clean. Overall the hotel could use an update. Breakfast was included but very basic, with little variety and only one cup of coffee. The hotel didn’t live up to the description we saw when booking; I wouldn’t stay there again unless major improvements were made.
