The welcome from Mrs. Ivana was excellent, friendly, helpful and ready to assist in any situation. Nothing.

The room was spacious and welcoming, and thankfully it faced the building’s inner courtyard. We were greeted warmly, and the housekeeper was friendly. However, the room our friends stayed in faced Corso Umberto and was noisy. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and the elevator is very old; it actually stalled twice in four days.

Location, brightness, and the room’s size were great. The only downside was the building’s entrance.
