When my TV stopped working, the staff rushed into my room to fix it, which I appreciated, but later I was annoyed that they wouldn’t move us to a room with a functioning TV, and I also noticed several people smoking weed outside my car, which felt out of place.

After a long day we were tossed around, had to haul our luggage up to the second floor, no elevators, and there were only a few towels.

The only thing I liked was the fact it was close to SFA. The staff could have been more friendly. There is NO elevator. The rooms could be better. There is a hole for something in the bathroom, and they just screwed an a/c vent over it. The ice machine was broken. There was a drink left in our fridge, which made me question the cleaning of the room. The remote did not work for the TV. The adapter box was hanging from the TV. There was someone else's hair on the shower wall. Again, I am questioning the cleaning. The toilet paper holder was rusty and about to fall out of the wall. The carpets were stain3d throughout the facility. The lobby furniture was filthy, and the buttons were falling off of it. Also, there is a club right in front of the hotel and the music is loud

The rooms were clean and spacious, the lobby coffee was a nice touch, parking was easy, and the ice and laundry facilities were convenient.

I found the place to be a good value overall, though it felt a little outdated compared to newer hotels.
