“Basta mal todo. Le sobra 1 o 2 estrellas”
The location is right in the middle of the countryside. They didn’t give me the room I booked; it was handed to someone else. The front desk staff were so calm about it. I had reserved a deluxe double with Tuscan landscape views and they handed me a triple with no view, claiming it was an upgrade from the deluxe I had booked. The facilities were old. The air conditioning was centralized for the whole hotel and made a lot of noise. The terrace hadn’t been cleaned in months. Even the hotel reception was scary. A disaster. It definitely needs another star and a new manager to keep the minimum standards.
Everything was splendid.

Breakfast was okay. During breakfast there was loud music (mostly jazz) in the room, dust on the chair legs, no hand soap at the sink, no hygiene bags, mold on the bathtub rim, no one spoke even a little German. So it definitely doesn’t deserve a 4*. An outdated hotel. The stairs to the pool were uneven and varied in height.
“Bellissimo soggiorno!”
The welcome was excellent, the staff were truly very kind, compliments. They offered us a higher level room. The room was huge and had a large balcony overlooking the Tuscan hills. Breakfast was great, a wide selection and all quality. We stayed only one night and the only issue was the shower head. We couldn’t switch the jet from the tub to the shower. After several attempts we managed, but the shower head kept rising because of the water pressure.

Gaia greeted us warmly and cared for us throughout our visit. Big thanks to her and her team for their excellent work and for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality!
