Fairfield Inn Hartford Airport

Breakfast, lobby, and fitness room were good, but paying $8.00 for two bottles of spring water felt excessive.

“A friendly and relaxing place to stay! We will be back!”

The Front Desk staff were very helpful, and the Hotel manager greeted us too; the location is so close to the airport!

“Would not stay there again.”

No hot water in the room, had to pay extra for parking, lobby air‑conditioning was off, check‑in line was long, everything felt outdated and shabby.

“Bed uncomfortable, air-conditioning loud, toilette extremely low, shower not acceptable.”

Front desk couldn’t locate my reservation immediately; lobby AC was broken, elevator was out of service, the bed felt like springs were poking through, the toilet bowl was absurdly low—only a toddler could sit comfortably—and the shower door was stuck, forcing me to step all the way in to reach the knobs; the AC unit was extremely loud, and the desk couldn’t give me a 20‑dollar change so I could leave something in the room; because of this, I’ll never stay at a Fairfield again.

“Poor enough that I would not stay there again.”

Close to the airport, but the mattress was so uncomfortable it ruined my sleep.
