The staff were friendly and quick to respond; when the bathroom light failed, they offered a new room without any hassle.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, parking was easy during our stay, and there were plenty of restaurants right next to us. The room was large (2 queen beds) but the décor was dated. The elevator worked, the breakfast was beautiful and included in the price, and the reception was welcoming. The place needs investment to modernise everything and make it more inviting.

The city centre location and the bar were positives, but the breakfast felt like it was from 1930 with very limited options, no eggs, tiny croissants that practically didn’t exist, unappetizing charcuterie, only great butter and excellent coffee; the room décor was dated yet functional.
