“What i needed”
Convenient location, but traffic was a problem.
I was told over the phone that there would be a one‑time pet fee of $75, yet they charged me over $140 and then billed me again for the pet fee for an extra night, which doesn’t make sense. I would have chosen another place if I’d known this was the policy, and the front desk staff failed to provide accurate information.
