Radina's Way Hotel in Borovets resort lies 2 km from the Yastrebets gondola lift. The rooms were clean and warm, but for dinner we paid for breakfast and dinner only, and they didn't offer water unless you paid extra. The pool water was not very warm, especially in the so‑called jacuzzi, and there were many ants around the pool. Overall, it was neglected.

The location was good, with a regular shuttle to and from the slopes, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was overall great, and the apartment was warm, spacious, and offered a pleasant view of the nearby forest. A renovation would improve things in the near future.

The cuisine was excellent—most delicious food I’ve tasted in Bulgaria. The shuttle service was good, the room was clean and warm, and the entire hotel was clean. The jacuzzi needed some maintenance, but overall it was more than acceptable.
