“Not the best”
The spot is good, but the water pressure was awful, they used a shared hot‑water tank so showers were very cold, and there was no coffee left in the rooms—you had to ask for it.
“Very good value”
The room was spotless, the desk clerk was friendly, and the motel turned out better than expected given how reasonable the price was, though the toilet handle still needs fixing.
“Quiet and convenient”
Convenient for my event, but the rooms feel dated; a fresh wallpaper or paint would help.
“Comfortable, clean, good location for our activities, and a great value.”
I found the place clean and cozy for a very low price, and there were no problems at all.
“Clean and quiet”
The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable; I didn’t experience any hot‑water or pressure issues that others had mentioned, even though a friend who stayed a few rooms down reported poor pressure.
