The large room and its layout were good. The cleanliness—especially of the furniture and night tables—was lacking, and there was often no one available behind the reception desk.

The location was good and the place very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, lacking hangers, and the bathroom was below the stairs, requiring a bend to use the toilet. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

In one of the bathrooms there was no hot water, but otherwise everything was fine.

The room was clean enough and the hotel is conveniently close to the bus stops, but being right next to reception made it hard to sleep, especially with the train noise.
