1. No parking: When we arrived around 6 p.m., there were no parking spaces at all. 2. Poor reception service: I don’t know if the receptionist was having a bad day, but she looked extremely tired and exhausted and didn’t even welcome us when we arrived; she was actually resting her head on the reception desk and seemed to be dozing off. When I tried to check out at around 7 a.m. the next morning, there was nobody at reception; I waited, but no one showed up. 3. No elevator: The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage. 4. No access to coffee: There was no coffee machine in the room, and I couldn’t access the coffee machine in the common area because that area was apparently locked at around 7:30 a.m. 5. Insects in the room: As soon as we entered the room, we noticed several insects – more than one. 6. Room was much smaller than expected: The room was very small and looked nothing like the photos; it was much smaller, older, and more poorly maintained than it appeared online. 7. Poorly maintained common areas: The parts of the hotel that were not shown in the photos, such as the corridors, were genuinely old and poorly maintained.
