I was pleased with the service we received during our stay, which was top-notch. Everything else about our experience was unremarkable.

“Very disapointing”

I was really impressed by the friendly staff, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a terrible room experience. The initial room was in a deplorable state, with dirty sheets, a multitude of bugs, and an ants' nest behind the bed. We requested a room change, but the second room wasn't much better, so we ended up checking out early.

The hotel's affordable price was a major plus, but our stay was let down by several issues. The toilet was in a state of disrepair, and the air conditioning in my room wasn't functioning properly, with water dripping from it. To make matters worse, there was no mirror in the room.

The hotel staff were responsive and attentive to our concerns, which was a major plus. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay, including a leftover cockroach problem on the floor and a noisy outdoor air conditioning unit that disrupted our rest.
