“Worst experience of my entire life”
Nothing was good. The pictures were very different from reality. The property was shady and unhygienic. There was a period blood stain on the bedsheets, the floor was damaged and rusted nails were sticking out, the toilets leaked and fungal growth was everywhere. The AC didn’t work and the TV had been removed from its unit. We had to leave right after seeing it.
“They should do the total inventory n do the maintenance before starting to use”
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and reliable AC in my room, which made up for some of the issues I encountered. The location of the hotel is also great, making it easy to get around the city. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired - there was an overall smell and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was my stay at this hotel. At check-in, they initially denied my booking, which was a bit of a shock, but then they asked me to cancel it and offered me a new booking on their terms and conditions. I had all the necessary documents - a printed email and a message from the booking platform - but they still refused to acknowledge my original booking.
I was really let down by the lack of basic amenities like towels and napkins. The floor was dirty and it seemed like the hotel was struggling with hygiene issues. To make matters worse, there was no tea or breakfast facilities available, despite the restaurant's pamphlets suggesting otherwise.
