Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the hotel's failure to respond to my phone calls, which was frustrating and unhelpful. I had high hopes for this hotel, but this experience left a lot to be desired.

I've stayed at this hotel four times, and each time I've had a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, my last visit was not as great as the others. The cleanliness of my room was a letdown, and the bathroom had a strong smell. The towels and bed sheets were not clean either, but overall, the hotel is great, and I'm not sure why my last visit was not up to par.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment. The breakfast was a plain croissant with jam and a small piece of cheese, which was not impressive. To make matters worse, I forgot my card at the reception, and they tried to charge me for it. I immediately blocked the card, and the manager later apologized, but the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. I was looking for a hotel that made me feel safe, but instead, I felt like I was being scammed.

The staff at this hotel were extremely kind, polite, and respectful, and the outdoor seating area was beautiful. However, I was overcharged for the tax, and many of the amenities, such as the shower and tea kettle, needed repair.
