“Excelente hospedaje”
I found the positives to be Si, while the negatives were simply N.

The place is very well situated, yet the towels are clean but have many stains; it would be nice to replace some of them.

The location was good, but the weather didn’t cooperate, and the night was impossible; we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, and booking never resolved anything after we filed many complaints, while the hotel just brushed it off saying the complaint was through booking.

The guy who served us that night was very friendly.

Everything was very clean and tidy, but the check‑out time was at 11 am.
