“Friendly and polite staff”

I enjoyed a great stay at this hotel; the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, but everything except one thing that I was still waiting for (Basesa) from Sameer who works night shifts.

The hotel is new, all services are in the room, and the motorcycle parking is closed. Room 104 on the first floor has a view of a busy traffic street and is noisy for those who are sensitive to sound.

The sheets and pillowcases were clean, but the blanket was old and had been used by many people. The bathroom was awful—dark, old, and neglected, with a shower head mounted under the shower! After bathing, water would stay instead of draining, so using the toilet was only possible in boots. I couldn't use the toilet in those conditions, and I had to carry the bathroom water on my shoes into the room. There was no brush to wipe that water, no Wi‑Fi in the room, and the signal was extremely weak. There was no restaurant to buy lunch or dinner, and breakfast was very poor with no choice—just the same items on a tray for everyone. I probably won't return to this hotel; I didn't feel comfortable there and wanted my stay to end quickly.
