I’ve been chasing an invoice for weeks; first, no reply for three weeks, then a response but still no invoice sent.

The location is about 10 minutes from the train station and 15‑25 minutes to the city centre; the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed was comfortable. However, the electric kettle was dirty so I avoided it, the cupboards and doors opened very loudly, and street noise could be loud at times, but earplugs kept it manageable.
