“0 customer support”
The staff were uncooperative, cancelled the booking without any notice, and the hotel was fully booked for a wedding that day so they denied us a room and behaved rudely—overall terrible management.
“Not recommended for anybody”
I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was in a deplorable condition, with broken floor tiles, a non-functional jet spray, and a bathroom light that didn't work. The curtains were dirty, and to top it off, there was no geyser in the room. We had to stay with family members because it was late and we were exhausted. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming at all.
