The location is amazing, and the staff is also very friendly. I think it’s great that they have single rooms, and although they’re small, I believe female backpackers appreciate that a lot. They also offer free water access! They also have a locker service for 100 pesos and it’s available until 19:00. The bed is too hard. I like to rest like that when I’m very tired, but I think it can be very uncomfortable for people with back problems.

The room was very stuffy, the window couldn’t be opened, and the TV service didn’t work. Hot water didn’t come out of the shower either.

The terrace has a beautiful view and the location is excellent, but the website doesn't state that the bathroom is shared throughout the hotel; there are only two bathrooms and two showers, shared between men and women.

The location is good, but the bathrooms are outside the room and the bedding didn't smell clean.
