This place is excellent, but there’s no power outlet next to the bed; it’s located above the bed.

Everything looked nice, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because they didn’t give us time, but the location was very close to everything. The only complaint is that it took a long time for hot water to come out.

The location is great and the staff are very attentive. The downside is that using the pool incurs an extra fee and there’s no space; I booked a room with a jacuzzi and still had to pay extra to use it.

There’s nothing positive to mention. They sell themselves as a hotel with pools, but they’re just two‑meter‑long tubs, which isn’t a pool at all. It’s illogical and pointless. They also charge 250 pesos per person plus a prior reservation fee. The rooms smell like drainage, and every room has drain covers that do nothing to block the odors; inhaling those fumes gave me a headache. One bed was just a sofa bed with all the springs collapsed. I complained and they only gave me a mattress topper. It feels wrong that a guest has to demand comfort while they charge for every service. They also entered my room without prior authorization, which is serious. I will never return and I can’t recommend it. I asked to cancel future reservations, but they clung to their non‑refundable policy. They prefer to enrich themselves at the expense of guests’ comfort. The government of Guanajuato should regulate these places that pretend to be hotels. If you value your money, look for other options before arriving here. Noise travels between rooms, there are no curtains for light, so you’ll never sleep well. The red and blue light from the TV was also annoying. I can’t remember the last time I was so upset about something. When you bring your loved ones and they experience such bad service, you realize how poorly these makeshift hotels operate. The photos they post give a misleading impression; they never show the real problems.

I loved the private pools, but the first room felt very cramped.
