The room was large as I had intentionally chosen it and paid the higher price, and the staff were friendly, but it was so depressing. By the way, there was a mini fridge for excursions and an orange Austin‑Powers‑style chair… no comment ☹️. The location, décor, shower… and yet we chose a room with an outdoor jacuzzi only to find it empty! When we asked to fill it, we were told later while it was pouring rain… total boredom and complete disappointment… a guaranteed low‑point. It was gloomy, so I had to switch to a Marriott that was cheaper anyway 🙃, it made me anxious 🤪.

The facilities and breakfast are excellent. The power went out for 3 hrs, and we had no light or water during that time because the place runs on a water pump and without electricity the pump stopped.
