Portofino Mallorca

“Fourth stay at Portofino, love the hotel and always enjoy our stay.”

The location was great, the hotel very clean, the staff helpful and friendly, and the value for money excellent; the modern reception and pool area were impressive, and there was a good selection of bar/pool food and drinks.

Functional, good for a short stay.

“Nemt at komme til og fra, ligger dejligt”

The location is convenient, close to both the airport and the sea. Our room (111) was a bit dark because it faced inward instead of toward the water, unlike the rooms shown in the pictures. I think this room should have cost less or at least matched the image we saw when booking, otherwise I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.

“Søde personaler, god beliggenhed og rent”

The view of the sea was lovely, and the man at the reception that evening was really helpful and upbeat. He offered great flexibility with storing luggage, arranging a shower after check‑out, and letting us stay in the hotel area until 14:00. The small café nearby serves sourdough bread, and a tiny supermarket is just a one‑minute walk away. We didn’t buy breakfast with our stay because it seemed too expensive for what was offered.

The location was close to the beach, the city and the airport, which was very convenient for our early flight the next morning; the rooms were small but had what we needed and nice beds, yet there was a lot of noise in the rooms—early bedtime was necessary to get up early for the airport, but we could hear all the sounds from the adjacent or above rooms, from water being turned on, to people talking and walking down the hall, making it very hard to fall asleep because of all the loud noises.
