The location is spectacular, and the staff are friendly all the time. The buffet food quality was terrible, we really ate poorly and there were few options. The opening hours are very limited; it would be nice to extend them, as would the pool hours. Cleaning is generally good, but the ventilation grille had mold, giving a bad impression (unhealthy and especially problematic for people with allergies). That really lowers the value for money.

Sara was a tremendous help in making our stay at Hiphotels Flamenco a superior experience—I call her a “miracle worker.” All the other staff, from cleaning to waiters, were exceptional. Our room, the restaurant, and the pool were always spotless. It was a pleasure to spend a week there. This is our third year at the hotel, and we’ll return next year.

The staff are super friendly, but the bar outside is too close to the pool.
