The Mill sits in a lovely part of Suffolk, the property has real character and charm, the B&B Melford Room is tastefully decorated and well maintained, the bathtub is an amazing work of art, the hosts are lovely people who provide warm, friendly, high‑standard service, they offer a range of breakfast options and support local businesses by using freshly prepped local produce, and the fry‑up was very enjoyable.

“Had a great time, we will visit again”

The breakfast was great, the room was lovely, well designed and individual, and I slept wonderfully; the only nit‑pick is that the towels were rough.

The rooms are immaculate and fully equipped, the location is perfect within walking distance of Melford Hall, restaurants, pubs and shops, breakfast was great, and it’s clear why this property consistently receives high scores and positive feedback from every guest.

“Superb!”

Delicious cooked breakfast with freshly made pancakes, home‑grown figs, and local coffee, plus a coffee pod machine in a beautiful room that had every facility you could wish for. Paul was a lovely host, and there was nothing negative to mention.
