Atlanta Guest House, a family‑run Victorian boutique in Eastbourne, offers panoramic sea views from its seafront location. Guests enjoy free high‑speed WiFi, a cozy lounge, and sea‑view rooms overlooking the beach, promenade, and pier. The dining room serves a full English breakfast with ocean vistas, and an outdoor terrace provides uninterrupted coastal scenery. Nearby pubs offer special discounts.

The location is super beautiful right on the sea, the hosts are very warm, the breakfast is great, the bed is very comfortable and the room and bathroom are clean. The hosts gave us a tip about The Marine Pub/Restaurant just around the corner; the food is excellent and the owners are just as friendly. We had a wonderful time, this B&B is highly recommended!

The dining room offers a pleasant view of the beach. The room and bathroom are exceptionally clean. The only disappointment was the ugly outlook from the bedrooms, especially the double deluxe bedroom I booked for my guests from America. A vertical blind or something similar might help.

I liked the situation, but the bathroom was a bit small.
