The room was very cozy, clean, and the facilities were almost brand new. The coffee arrived cold in the room, likely because of the low temperature, but it was still cold.

The accommodation was decent, but the room we received had nothing to do with the photos. The service was horrible: I requested a late check‑in near midnight, was ignored, and when I arrived my reservation had already been cancelled. I waited for another room that smelled of cigarette smoke, they didn’t charge the app price, ignored the discount we had, and didn’t provide breakfast as advertised. The front‑desk staff was extremely rude and showed zero willingness to resolve the issue. It was a terrible experience arriving exhausted and facing all these problems.
