The location was excellent and parking was free. In the room there were free water, coffee, tea, and Nescafé. The staff’s hospitality was amazing – they handled everything. The window in our room wouldn’t open, and there were no brushes or toothpaste. We paid 59€ per night with no breakfast included; an extra 5€ was required for breakfast. Still, everything was fresh and good.

“Vom Bett über die Sauberkeit bis zum Frühstück eine Katastrophe”

The nearby shopping mall was convenient and the free parking was great. But the hotel’s 5‑star claim feels like a mystery; it really feels more like a 1‑2 star place. The room was dirty, the furniture broken, the bed the worst I’ve ever slept on, and the breakfast was awful—just book somewhere else; it could’t get any worse.
