“Wonderful!”
The place is packed with features! The design and decor are stunning, and everything feels incredibly clean—my husband and I both spotted the constant cleaning crew and could even smell the freshness. The staff were friendly and welcoming; Mrs./Ms. Julie handled us with care and explained everything in detail, and in the mornings Cynthia at Hunters Bend delivered phenomenal service. The only downside was the lack of seating at Hunters Bend that could accommodate a high chair; my baby felt too far away while eating breakfast.

The property is beautiful and spotless, without the harsh bleach odor that some hotels have. The pool was lovely, and the room was a real game changer—Julie upgraded us to an ocean‑view room that made the trip worthwhile. It was scorching outside, so we spent a lot of time indoors, but that room made it tolerable. I have no complaints; the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I’m picky about hotels, so I’ll definitely return! The only wish is for a microwave in the rooms, though a downstairs one was available and sufficient.

The staff were knowledgeable and professional, offering useful tips that enhanced our vacation. My small dog loved the treats, and the beds were comfortable with low noise, quieter than expected. The shuttle to the beach was great, and I’ll definitely stay again! There were no complaints—everything was perfect. The restaurant was loved, breakfast was wonderful, and the attached coffee house was a nice touch. Beach towels at the indoor pool were also appreciated.
