They didn’t let me check out without paying the penalty for breaking the contract, and they involved the police, putting me in jail—probably because they have friends in law enforcement, but they will pay for it. The same complaint repeats in the negative section.

Francisco was the one who attended us, super cordial and always very helpful via WhatsApp. The room is spacious and comfortable. The surroundings of Casa Corazón are very calm, safe for walking, and there are options for breakfast very close by.

Francisco is an excellent host, very kind and helpful; I highly recommend this place, it’s close to the center and has nearby dining spots.

Large, roomy apartment with plenty of space to store things and very clean. The owner lives on site, always available for any question and very friendly. The location is top and quiet. There is a laundry service, and you can refill water and grab coffee and tea downstairs.
