The service is great, but the facilities are awful.

The reception staff was very good, but the rooms and breakfast left a lot to be desired, the photos on Booking do not match the reality of the place, the location and reception service were also disappointing.

I liked the location a lot and the team was wonderful! On the first day I was in a room that Camargo was very large and practically took up the whole room. I carry little luggage, but a person with a bit more luggage would not be able to move around properly. I had a shower problem, and the team quickly moved me to another room, comfortable and a bit more spacious. However, the shower was aimed at the toilet and when showering it basically washed the whole toilet.

Among the receptionists, they were very attentive. The cleaning was lacking.
