“Low-fuss accommodation in nice location but rough around the edges”

The location was peaceful with great views over the surrounding fields, low‑fuss accommodation, a nice central pool, and attentive staff. The rooms looked a little tired and rough around the edges; curtains were ripped and the bedside lamp wouldn’t plug into the wall. Breakfast was fine, though a bit sparse.

“Beautiful and well-kept property surrounded by nature”

The medium‑sized hotel is a ten‑minute walk from the night market’s hustle and the backpackers, with a nice, extremely well‑kept pool in beautiful surroundings. The view from the upper‑floor bungalows into the rice field and mountains is fantastic. Breakfast was decent, but both rice and meat were cold both mornings.

The pool loungers need attention; some are broken or in bad shape.

The toilet was not clean, not flushed on arrival there was poo, the air‑con was not working well and it was very dirty inside.
