The room’s finishing and its location are good. I didn’t want to write this review, but because of booking’s insistence I booked for just one night, having only one weekend available and working a lot, I was looking for privacy and peace, but found the opposite. In the area designated for breakfast, people were noisy for hours during the afternoon of my arrival, and the same happened the next morning early in the day. Then the owners arrived at the property well before check‑out, rushing us. I do not recommend it at all!

The location is excellent, just steps from the waterfront. Breakfast is perfect because the facility provides everything; the staff is very kind and super helpful with any request or inconvenience. I highly recommend it.

“Confortevole ma colazione da rivedere!”

The room is comfortable and clean. The owner is available and friendly. The breakfast could be handled differently. The self‑service format has drawbacks; a person should be present to prepare coffee or cappuccino and cut and serve cakes, otherwise someone might be left without. Also, having everything available to everyone is not ideal, even for hygiene reasons—everyone can touch everything. I would suggest single‑dose packages for jams, juices, etc., because the demand might be for the juice based on how long it’s been open. The same applies to milk. Another issue, which depends on people, is the noise from the kitchen during breakfast. People forget there are other rooms and that someone might still be sleeping.

“Bellissimo weekend calabrese”

The staff were extremely kind, the location was great, and the homemade cake was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

The room was basic but had a good shower and decent air conditioning, and the place is excellently located. The soundproofing was non‑existent.
