The Coast Motel sits on the Capricorn Coast, a 20‑minute walk from Yeppoon’s central business district. Built in 2010, it offers an outdoor pool, free on‑site parking, and a self‑service laundry. Rooms feature air conditioning, a work desk, tea/coffee maker, fridge, free wired internet, and en‑suite amenities. Daily cooked breakfast is served in the breakfast room.

The room was clean and the parking was excellent. I would have preferred a toaster in the room; the website claimed there were kitchen facilities on site. The receptionist was friendly but only told me where to park and how to enter; no other details or brochures were provided in the room.
