I didn’t like the room. It was very uncomfortable, lacked proper cleaning on arrival, there was constant noise—especially at night—and unpleasant odors. Worst of all, I woke up covered in itchy bites, found signs of bed bugs, which completely ruined the experience and raised serious hygiene concerns.

The staff were lovely and kind, spoke good English, and the place was clean and comfortable. It was a shared apartment with two bedrooms, spacious, in a great spot near metro lines and a quiet residential area, with plenty of small shops nearby for groceries.

It was close to the metro, but it wasn’t a hostel at all; it was very cramped, noisy at night with fights and the like. The bathroom, kitchen, and other shared areas were dirty, and people slept in the hallway and living room. The bathroom and kitchen were very dirty, the room claimed to have air conditioning but the remote was missing, and there was no security. A bad experience.

Very good, the Balkans were great, the weather was great, but the only downside was that the room wasn’t private.

It was exactly a spacious room with three beds in a second‑floor apartment, exactly as shown in the photo, with the furniture visible. I found it clean and thank you for renting a room in an apartment‑hostel system.
