The most amazing property, impeccably clean with attention to detail, an amazing breakfast, and very, very nice staff; I think it was the most beautiful and perfect place in all of Puglia. It was too perfect :)

“Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem alten Gutshof”

A stunning manor house set in an old olive grove, tastefully furnished, with a great breakfast in the former olive press and a unique pool—long and narrow—featuring covered loungers in the garden. There's no full restaurant, but if you don't want to drive back at night (the hotel is pretty remote), they serve a tasty, freshly prepared pasta dish. Free parking, absolutely quiet, help with luggage (some steep stairs), insect screens on the windows, and tourist spots like Alberobello are easily reachable from here.
