Convenient location for getting around even though the parking is not immediately in front of the facility but easily and quickly reachable on foot. If I had to add something, I think a light and delicate scented essence in the environment would be appreciated.

Excellent location even though you don't park right at the door. "Around the corner" a wide selection of dining. Laterza is a very pleasant town.

The apartment was clean, new, and spacious, more than just a place to sleep, with the option to cook and eat in the room, but the breakfast was strictly Italian—just a croissant and coffee.

A beautiful, quiet spot that’s affordable, though the breakfast could be better.

Everything was great: perfect location, free parking nearby, a very clean room with all the comforts, and a very kind and welcoming host.
