The place was close to where I needed to be, had plenty of parking, and was good value for money. The staff at check‑in seemed under‑trained and unsure of the process, no WiFi password was given, and the bathroom looked very dated—though it was clean and had no other issues.

Everything about this place was perfect: friendly staff, out‑of‑this‑world food, and rooms that were quaint and cosy. I’ll book again. It’s a walking distance to Richmond station, which makes getting to central London easy.
