The whole property, including the rooms, is very minimal yet modern and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable, the lighting is well designed and not intrusive if left on for a long time. The air‑conditioning is cutting‑edge for those who love having a cool room or just want to avoid humidity. The bathroom fixtures are noteworthy, with soap, shampoo, and body wash already in ready‑to‑use bottles, and towels and a shower sheet are obviously provided. All of this comes at a fantastic price that is affordable for everyone, and in my opinion even a bit low for what the host offers: obsessive attention and kindness (which every respectable host should have). The cherry on top is the extreme proximity to Ascoli Piceno’s historic centre, just a 5‑10 minute drive. I would definitely return as soon as possible, highly recommended!

The room is practically brand new and very well kept. The shared kitchen is also in excellent condition and very functional. The only negative aspect is the parking on the street just below the house, where you have to be careful in the dark when walking and crossing the road. But nothing major, I would definitely come back.

The place is clean, the view is stunning, and it’s recommended for anyone who wants great isolation from city noise, which you can still reach in a few minutes by car.
