“Very average”

The local Thai takeaway we had delivered was delicious. The room wasn’t very clean and needs some TLC, and the whole property feels overpriced.

“Outside of a few drama it was a good night sleep”

The shower leaked and the toilet bowl wasn’t clean. I tried to clean it myself, but there was a buildup; soaking with white vinegar or bleach should remove it. The bathroom in the next room had a ceiling fan hanging out of the roof. He was woken up at 5am when something touched his hand – a huge huntsman spider ran across it. He got up and placed it outside in the garden.

Key pickup and drop off was straightforward, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, everything functioned properly, and the hotel is just a short walk from Torquay, but the pool wasn't heated.

“We were just coming off the great ocean road, and were very tired. Felt very refreshed the next day, thank you!”

Checked in easily after a long drive, found the rooms and beds comfortable—overall a solid 8.0/10.
