All facilities in the hotel were very good – the room had a very comfortable bed and crisp linen, there was a wide range of food and drinks, good beach and sun lounges, and the sea was clean. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely adored everything—everything was amazing, and we’re certain we’ll return. The only minor let‑down was the rocks in the sea; that could use a little attention.

Top hotel, where every group feels at home—couples, families, retirees. The food is excellent and always varied. The grounds are gorgeous, full of greenery and plenty of space, especially along the beach. The entertainment is understated. We’d come back anytime!

The property is stunning, very green and impeccably maintained. There are plenty of sunbeds, with options for everyone: a quiet pool for those over 16, a pool area with bar, music and shows, sunbeds close to the sea, and a nice beach stretch. At the pools and by the sea, you can order alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks directly to your sunbed via QR code, and the selection was huge. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are so lavish they leave almost no desire unmet. The waiters are very courteous and strive to speak guests’ native languages; German works wonderfully. We also liked that we could easily swap used towels for fresh ones at all pools and by the sea. A promenade leads straight to Side’s old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! During our stay, many families with toddlers and babies were in the hotel. While we knew we hadn’t booked an adults‑only resort, the number of small children was still surprising. The hotel advertises itself as very baby‑friendly. The quiet pool was mostly a peaceful oasis. A quieter section in the restaurants for families without children would also be relaxing and a desirable improvement. In our bathroom there was no shower screen, so after showering the lower half of the bathroom got wet.

The buffet quality was perfect—fresh, varied products and very good flavors. The many restaurants in the establishment offered à la carte choices for lunch. The two types of pools—one animated and one calmer. The variety of cocktails and mocktails. The staff were helpful and kind, always listening to our requests. The only drawback was the placement of tables in the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner; often the tables were not quite ready. Nevertheless, the staff rushed to do their best to straighten the table.
